Most AI strategy lives in decks.
Mine lives in production.
15+ years in enterprise software, healthcare, and product orgs. I built the playbook that took a 150-person design org from zero AI adoption to 100% daily usage in under a year. Now I'm defining AI-first software delivery workflows on a VP-led cross-functional tiger team. I bridge AI strategy and human-centered thinking so orgs can ship AI that actually works.
Three problems I solve.
From adoption playbooks to AI-first developer workflows
I took Red Hat's 150-person UX org from no AI tooling to 100% daily usage in under a year. Now I'm defining AI-first software delivery workflows across engineering, design, and product. I build the governance, run the pilots, and create the cross-functional alignment that makes AI adoption stick.
Governance · Software Delivery · Agentic WorkflowsEnterprise platforms where AI failures cost millions
RHEL and Edge are where we prove that AI-enabled workflows work for real operators and admins. I connect AI strategy to user outcomes on complex platforms, making sure automation enhances human decision-making instead of replacing it.

Three promotions in five years at MicroMass. Associate to Manager in two years at Red Hat. I hire, develop, and retain people who ship. My teams grow revenue, influence product direction, and earn cross-functional trust.

30% Revenue Growth in 4 Months
Introduced UX prototyping workflows on the Novo Nordisk account that increased delivery velocity, improved developer collaboration, and generated new business referrals from stakeholder trust.
Figma AI: Pilot to Full Deployment
Ran the end-to-end Figma AI pilot at Red Hat. Negotiated a sandbox, curated the pilot group, synthesized real usage data into the VP recommendation that got Figma AI turned on for all of Red Hat in Q1 2026.
Numbers that hold up.
Colleagues, in their words.
